Our physicians and providers have cared for Eastland County families across every stage of life.

For nearly four decades, Dr. Robert C. DeLuca has had the privilege of caring for patients and families in Eastland and the surrounding rural communities. His career has been shaped by the long-term relationships that are at the heart of family medicine — caring for patients through different stages of life, supporting families through illness and recovery, and providing guidance during some of life's most important healthcare decisions.
Dr. DeLuca's practice reflects the broad and personal nature of rural medicine. In addition to seeing patients in the clinic, his work has included nursing home and hospice care, allowing him to support patients with continuity, compassion, and dignity across many seasons of life. He values the opportunity to know his patients over time and to provide care that considers not only their medical needs, but also their families, goals, and quality of life.
Dr. DeLuca completed his medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been recognized for his outstanding service to both his patients and the osteopathic medical profession. He was named the 2005 State of Texas Family Practice Physician of the Year and was selected as the American Osteopathic Foundation's 2025 Physician of the Year. He has also served in national leadership with the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, including service as a board governor and as national president.
At Eastland Family Health Clinic, Dr. DeLuca continues to bring experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to rural healthcare to the community he has served for many years.
